The best ATI video card in terms of price to performance.?

the HD 4770 is one of the best but i thinking of the 5000 series because of it's DX 11 support. what do you recommend? under 100 bucks or under 5,000 pesos.|||You're not going to find a very fast video card for under 100 bucks...A DX11 card under 100 bucks would be a waste of money because it would be too choppy to run DX11 settings in the first place. The best bang for your buck card would probably be the Radeon HD 4850 though.|||hands down, the 5770 is best bang for your buck. GDDR5 VRAM, DIRECT X, 1GB. i have it. i love it!!!
