Where can I get a good, reasonably priced video card for the sims 3?

I found a good video card, but it costs 70$!!

My parents don't have that much money after buying me a 50$ game, so I was wondering where I could find ATI Radeon (9500 series or greater) or Nvidia GeForce series at a reasonable price!!|||Try the link below,It dont take a real powerfull card to run Sims|||Radeon 9500 is a old 2002 card.
