What processor and video card is better on a laptop?

i am having trouble knowing what processor and video card would be best for my budget. (400-700 tops). The AMD's and the Intel processors are too hard to know what is better and the video cards (ATI and NVidea) (the integrated ones) i do not know. I want a processor and a video card that would be best to hold games.

I'd go with Nvidia go with the highest numbers|||Intel Core Two Duo, the video card depends on what you want to do with it.
