I would like to pay under 50 or maybe even 40 dollars for one, any ideas?|||For what purpose? For watching movie clips and playing basic older games, a GeForce 8400GS is ok.

There aren't any really good PCI video cards, at any price. The PCI interface itself is a huge bottleneck (33Mhz bandwidth), so no PCI cards exist which can handle newer games like Modern Warfare 2 or Aion. Even a $100 PCI card runs worse than a $40 PCI-Express or AGP card.|||Would that be PCI or PCI-E?
