How do i install a new video card?

i have a laptop, Toshiba Satellite, it has an ATI Radeon x1250 video card but i would like to purchase a new video card because this one is completely outdated for the games i play and i get like choppy framrates. what do you reccomend i could buy that's price friendly and good enough for playing some of todays games? How do i install the video card?|||Unfortunately, you can not upgrade the video card in a laptop.|||Firstly I recommend playing games on a desktop because you can upgrade and usually a laptop has to be more powerful to run a game than a desktop would have to be. Also, the experience of playing the game is a whole lot better.

As for upgrading, your laptop and nearly every other laptop out there can't upgrade to a better graphics card.

If you do have a desktop, then you should be looking at these graphics cards depending on your price range:

1. Geforce GTX295 1792MB

2. Radeon HD4870X2 2GB

3. Radeon HD4850X2 2GB

4. Geforce GTX285 2GB

5. Geforce GTX285 1GB

6. Radeon HD4890 1GB

7. Radeon HD4850X2 1GB

8. Geforce GTX 275 896MB

9. Geforce GTX 280 1GB

10. Geforce 9800GX2 1GB

11. Geforce GTX 260 1792MB

12. Radeon HD4870 1GB

13. Geforce GTX 260-216 896MB

14. Radeon HD4870 512MB

15. Geforce GTX 260 896MB

16. Radeon HD3870X2 1GB

17. Geforce GTS 250 1GB

18. Geforce 9800GTX+ 512MB/GTS250 512MB

19. Radeon HD4850 512MB

20. Radeon HD4770 512MB (From Source)

Also, if you have a desktop make sure you get atleast 4-6GB RAM and a good CPU the best being an i7 and get enough memory on you hard drive.|||You don't. 99% of laptop graphics cards are built to custom-fit that laptop case. If you want a new graphics card, I'm afraid you're looking at buying a new laptop.|||that laptop has integrated video...its attached to the motherboard and you cant change it or upgrade them...best thing to do is buy a new laptop with very good video so you can play your games at decent fps with know lag......
