VIDEO CARD QUESTION, PLEASE ANSWER IF YOU HAVE KNOWLEDGE IN VIDEO CARDS?

I have a choice between the two video cards and want to see if anyone has any experience or knows which is better.



1. VisionTek Radeon HD 2400 Pro (512mb)



2. VisionTek Radeon HD 2400 Pro OC (overclocked) (256mb)



Now I was ready to get the 512mb version just because of the greater memory, but I want to know if the overclocked 256mb card would be better? They are about the same price., Both are AGP cards|||just get the one with more memory, then overclock it yourself with atitool or rivatuner|||I had that card and it was too slow for my games and i returned it.The ATI 1950 is super fast in AGP!
