Just ran into some cash and want to get a computer that will last me awhile. What card should I get that can play all games on max, at the best price? Will a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 - 2GB do it? It seems the best priced.
Thanks.|||No GTX 460 Cannot max out on crysis 2 and NFS Shift 2. Best is the minimum Ati radeon 5870 or Nvidia GeForce GTX 560 or GTX 470. For best performance, I always go with the GTX 560. It can play any games maxed out on 1920X1080 resolution and still get excellent FPS. I say go with the GTX 560

ADD* - GTX 460 2GB can max out on all the the games but you will feel like hitting the computer cos you will not get a good FPS on MAX resolution.|||Yes it will, at least most of the current games will run without stuttering as it has high dedicated memory.|||just because something is pricey doesnt mean its good, it could easily be outdated... look for something that is more than 1gb and that is capable of handling directx11
