What is a good, low price video card for a lap top that supports video out?

I am looking to hook my lap top up to my tv, but my video card doesn't support the cable, so I need a new card, but dont know what Im looking for|||Yeah... that's not going to happen. There are only a very few laptops out there that support full-size PC video cards. Otherwise, you're stuck with very expensive dedicated cards, or in your case (likely), integrated video. In the latter case, there IS no alternative to purchasing a new system if you want something better. In the former, you're still stuck with a very limited range of cards, which are extremely expensive.
