Whats a good video card for a cheap price?

I need help picking out a good graphics card because im building a computer and i need some suggestions. I was looking in AMD Radeon 6000's series and i do like them but there expensive. I also need one that can handle games that come out these days.They also need to be 200 dollars or less.|||Tell me how big your power supply is and I can tell you the best card you can get for under $200.
