i am planning to get a new video card.should i wait till the nvidia releses the geforce 9 series so that the price of 8 series or comes down?how much drop in price can i expect ,if it happens?|||i've been thinking the same thing....but i wouldn't expect too big of a price drop.... and you don't know when the 9 series will be coming out, i've heard feb, 2008 but i think it would be much longer after that.
for example the 8800gt outperforms the 8800gts but the gts's are still price as they were.
if you want a cheaper card go with the ATI radeon 3850|||I doubt it drop as much as you would like have you tried eBay thats your best bet.|||I never thought of that. Interesting, and if you think about it, the price won't go down that much, I mean I saw a geforce 7 GTS for $80 and a Geforce 8 GT for $100.
