Where can i get a shader 3.0 video card and how much?

i just bought mercenaries 2:world in flames and i got done installing it and when i go to play it says i have to have a shader 3.0 video card to play. i just want to know where to get one and how much(lowest price). NOTE: i have a ATI radeon xpress 1250.|||i suggest you to go for shader 4.0...........



if you are particular in budget then go for TAG GEFORCE 9400 GT it'll cost you around $50, it will give a decent performance........



but if you could extend more of your budget then go for XFX GeForce 8600GT, will cost you about $90...
